Fall is my favorite season of the year, and it may be because all the pumpkin spice treats begin!! Even though it’s a million degrees right now and so not my preferred weather, my iced pumpkin spiced chai latte is making me the happiest. After I put Brooks down at his 9 a.m. feed, I’ve been making my drink to start my day. I can’t tell you how happy this drink makes me, and it’s not just because it’s damn good, but to me it’s the official start of all my favorite holidays to come!
What’s my secret pumpkin spiced chai latte recipe? I wouldn’t even consider this a recipe, but you all asked and I thought it would be a good one to add to the blog because it’s SO EASY. It’s a bunch of mixing things together and stirring it up!
What’s my secret pumpkin spiced chai latte recipe? I wouldn’t even consider this a recipe, but you all asked and I thought it would be a good one to add to the blog because it’s SO EASY. It’s a bunch of mixing things together and stirring it up! Here is my lazy girl pumpkin spice chai latte drink made in 3 minutes. Also, you know I always eyeball everything, so this is another eyeball recipe with no exact amounts per serving. Sorry! You can watch my stories to see the ratios of everything I use.

What You Need:
- Your choice of milk – I use Oatly Oat Milk
- Chai Powder – I use Big Train Spiced Chai Powder
- Iced Coffee Blend – I cheat and use the Starbucks Medium Roast
- Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Creamer
- OPTIONAL – Espresso Shot – I use 2 shots!
How to Make:
- Scoop a full serving of the chai powder, and stir with hot water.
- Add ice to that mixing. I put about 5 ice cubes.
- Pour in your milk. I pour to just about covering the ice cubes.
- Add a splash of the creamer. At the end you can add more to your liking, but this creamer is heavy and sweet.
- Add in the same amount of iced coffee as you did milk.
- Pour the espresso shots!
- Stir it up and cheers to your lazy girl pumpkin chai latte drink!

I love this! I’m like you – I love finding the “lazy girl way” to make things haha looks yummy!
